GREAT. The owner (Marc) not only answers the phone and sets the appointments, he also does the work himself. He fit me in during a busy week, arrived promptly, and was completely professional. Marc is also a bit of a perfectionist, which I LOVE. One of my loveseats was older and more stained than the other two. He took his time and meticulously cleaned them.
